Ross has had a successful history as a representative basketballer and 100-meter sprinter, as well as enjoying a career in teaching and performing Cuban Dance. That experience has enabled Ross to gain real-life insights into achieving optimal performance, injury prevention, and best recovery practices.

Ross is trained in Western anatomy, Chinese Medicine, Reiki, and Dry Needling practices, enabling him to offer soft-tissue therapies based on varying clinical perspectives. And with over 25,000 treatment hours completed, that extensive history helps Ross achieve extraordinary results when treating musculo-skeletal complaints, including: migraines, headaches, insomnia, neck stiffness, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel, lower back issues, sciatica, knee pain, shin splints and plantar-fasciitis.
