Clinic Policies | White Stone Healing Centre

White Stone Healing Centre is committed to providing a safe, professional and therapeutic massage experience to our clients and safe, respectful and equitable working conditions for our practitioners. In order to assist us in providing this, we have the following policies:

Treatment Length

All treatments length include a 3-5 minutes Consultation prior to the massage and the time that the client uses to undress and dress up.

Client Form

We MUST keep records of all our clients' information and description of their treatments. For this reason, every client has to fill out a Client Form and sign this document, which will be kept at the clinic. The personal information collected is only used by White Stone Healing Centre for the purposes defined at the time of the collection or a use that complies with these purposes. We do not share your information with any third parties unless the clinic is requested by the health insurance audition.

Late Arrivals

To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time for completing necessary forms and preparing for your service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate subsequent appointments.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments:

If you need to cancel, kindly provide at least 12 hours' notice by contacting the center via phone or leaving a voice/text message. Failure to give notice may require pre-payment for subsequent appointments to secure your booking. Additionally, cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice up to 4 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee, while cancellations with less than 4 hours' notice or no-shows will result in a 100% cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Public Holidays

On Public Holidays, a 15% surcharge will be applied to all massages prices.

Refunds

No refunds will be given for deposits, prepayments or gift vouchers when cancellations with less than four hours notice prior to your booking (24 hours during peak season) occurs. The owner reserves the right to make the final decision on this policy. Additional (prepayments and securing appointment times). When using a gift voucher, any service beyond 30 mins or back-to-back bookings will require a gift voucher number to secure your appointment.

Gift Vouchers

Our Gift Certificates are rechargeable and valid for a period of 6 months. The Gift Voucher must be redeemed within the validity period stated on the voucher. Expired gift vouchers are not redeemable and gift voucher amounts will not be refunded or credited when expired. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Gift vouchers must be surrendered in-store upon redemption. If the treatment exceeds the gift voucher amount, the balance must be paid by other available payment options. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. White Stone Massage does not accept any responsibility for lost or gift vouchers. White Stone Healing Centre reserves the right to verify the identity of the bearer. White Stone Healing Centre reserves the right to change any terms contained in the terms of use at any time.

Packages

Packages are not refundable, neither transferable.

Pregnancy Massage

Massage is generally safe for most pregnant women. However, the safety of massages in the first trimester has often been an area of controversy. Because of this, White Stone Healing Centre reserves the right to refuse to give pregnant women a massage until after the first trimester (12 weeks).

Inappropriate Conduct

The client understands that any illicit, sexual or aggressive remarks, advances or gestures will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the client will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment. These policies have been adopted to ensure that the professionalism and ethics of our clinic are respected, and to ensure your scheduled service is a stress-free and relaxing experience.
