After completing her Ayurvedic yoga teacher training in Mexico, she was inspired to embark on a career focused on helping people in a holistic manner. In 2019, Caressa pursued her studies at Massage Schools of Queensland, where she obtained her Diploma of Remedial Massage with a certificate in Myofascial Dry Needling.
